Terms and Credit Agreement

Important: Please read this Terms and Credit Agreement before signing or submitting the Account/Credit Application form.

1. All accounts are to be paid in full within 30 days of any fuel deliveries or service provided by Spring Brook Ice & Fuel Co.. Finance charges at a rate of 1.5% per month (18% annually) will be added to all balances over 30 days past due.
   
   
2. If at any time your account balance becomes 30 days past due, we reserve the right to put the accounts on hold. Delivery hold status will stay in effect until balance is paid in full.
   
   
3. Spring Brook Ice & Fuel Co reserves the right to:

   1. limit the amount of credit purchases by customers.
   2. deny credit to any customer.
   3. change rates when the market dictates change.
      
      
4. If at any time an account balance is 60 days past due, it is subject to review.
   
   
5. All fees which may include legal fees are the responsibility of the customer.
