- This plan is available only to customers who purchase ALL of their heating oil from Spring Brook during the covered period and are in good credit standing with us. Failure to maintain either of these will automatically terminate the contract without refund.
- We reserve the right to inspect your heating system prior to issuing the contract. If your equipment is improperly installed or not up to code, we cannot cover it. We will correct these defects, if you wish, at our usual rates.
- Term is for 12 months and will renew automatically.
- This plan does Not cover work done by others, abnormal conditions such as, but not limited to, fire, power interruptions, acts of God, or other events beyond our control.
- This plan covers only residential systems with a maximum firing rate of 3.0 gallons per hour. Contracts are available for larger systems on an individual basis.
- This plan does not cover, and we are not responsible for, any damage, including environmental, arising out of any leakage or spillage from oil lines, oil tanks, or any other part of your heating system.

Spring Brook has installed both oil and pellet heating systems for our corporation. Floor piping as well. I found your technicians great to work with. There will be a definite payback.

Residential or commercial, we can meet your energy needs at competitive prices and with full service backing. Heating assistance is also available.
