Spring Brook sells and delivers both hard and soft wood pellets in bags and tons. Made of compressed wood fibre and with very low moisture content, wood pellets have become an expanding heat source. With a low per btu cost, wood pellets are a very affordable “green” alternative to distillate fuels. While not as messy as stove wood, pellets provide the same “hot” feel on a chilly night.
Spring Brook delivers to area homes on Wednesdays and Fridays. Yard pickups are on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We charge a modest delivery fee. Pellets can be placed on any firm surface including the entrances to most garages and sheds.

Considered to be the best softwood pellets made in New England prior to the fire two years ago, we are excited that this Maine plant is back in operation. The pellet actually contains about 20% hardwood. You will love the high heat and low maintenance aspect of these pellets.
Spruce Pointe Pellets  $262 per ton   $6.00 per bag
Pellets are delivered on 1.2 ton pallets. A high heat, low ash softwood pellet with an outstanding reputation for performance.
Maine's Choice Pellets    $232 per ton   $5.50 per bagÂ
This hardwood pellet is also made in Maine. This is the popular "Moose" pellet that yields a steady robust burn. Subject to availability.

We deliver. For a reasonable fee based on miles and quantity we deliver to the Greater Waterville area.

I brought my kids (1 and 5 years old) out to see him use his forklift and he was very gracious and kind to them. He was very courteous and called when he was going to be late with the delivery and helpful in getting them in my garage where I wanted them.
