December 1, 2011 News. In an agreement with a major supplier, Spring Brook will offer a new heating oil refined to higher standards. A greater percentage of distillation byproducts and impurites have been removed leaving a cleaner product that is far better for your heating system. Translation...less future maintenance. We are pleased that this supplier has favored us and that we can pass this superior product through to our customers at no additional cost.

On and Off Road Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel

Spring Brook sells both on-road and off-road ultra low sulfur diesel to businesses, farmers, and municipalities. On-road, or “clear” diesel is is generally used for transportation and as such is taxed for highway use. On the other hand off-road diesel is generally used for private commercial purposes such as farming or logging and is not highway taxed. Your business is our business, and we understand the importance of low pricing in this highly competitive economy. We deliver to large operations and small enterprises in Greater Waterville.

Wood Pellets

Delivering Wood Pellets

Spring Brook sells and delivers both hard and soft wood pellets in bags and tons. Made of compressed wood fibre and with very low moisture content, wood pellets have become an expanding heat source. With a low per btu cost, wood pellets are a very affordable “green” alternative to distillate fuels. While not as messy as stove wood, pellets provide the same “hot” feel on a chilly night.

Spring Brook delivers to area homes on Wednesdays and Fridays. Yard pickups are on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We charge a modest delivery fee. Pellets can be placed on any firm surface including the entrances to most garages and sheds.
