- All accounts are to be paid in full within 30 days of any fuel deliveries or service provided by Spring Brook Ice & Fuel Co.. Finance charges at a rate of 1.5% per month (18% annually) will be added to all balances over 30 days past due.
- If at any time your account balance becomes 30 days past due, we reserve the right to put the accounts on hold. Delivery hold status will stay in effect until balance is paid in full.
- Spring Brook Ice & Fuel Co reserves the right to:
- limit the amount of credit purchases by customers.
- deny credit to any customer.
- change rates when the market dictates change.
- At 45 days without payment we become concerned with your ability to pay. Customers will receive a gentle reminder. Customers showing a reluctance to pay will be placed on "credit hold".
- At 60 days we will start collection procedures. It makes all the difference in the world if you are working with us in good faith to pay your bill. Nevertheless, we do expect payment.
- All fees associated with the collection procedure, including legal fees, are the responsibility of the customer.
